Michelin-starred chefs from Bath and Bristol will be giving free demonstrations at Eat, Drink Bristol Fashion thanks to an independent retailer.
102 Cookery School founded by Nailsea Electrical is running the demonstrations on May 18, 25 and 27 in Queen Square.
102's manager Giles Pushman describes the line-up as a "Who's Who of the West's cooking world."
Sam Moody, from Bath Priory, Josh Eggleton, from The Pony & Trap, Chew Magna, and Jon Ray from Casamia, Bristol are all holders of the coveted Michelin award.
They will be joined by TV's Emma Grazette, from The Spicery in Bath and forager Toby Gritten from The Pump House and The Bird in Hand, Bristol; Martin Hunt from Joes Bakery, Bristol; Chris Wicks, Berwick Lodge, Bristol; Jake Platt, Bird in Hand, Bristol and Freddy Bird, Lido Lounge, Bristol.
Mr Pushman said: "It will be an exciting three days of demonstrations featuring the best chefs in Bath and Bristol.
"To steal another catchphrase – cooking doesn't come much more exciting than this! It's a fantastic opportunity for food lovers to get tips from those who are at the top of their business."
Eat Drink Bristol Fashion is a carnival of food and drink and will see a pop-up giant tipi restaurant in Queen Square for the extravaganza.
Mr Pushman added: "Nailsea Electrical is celebrating 30 years of trading in 2013 so Eat, Drink Bristol Fashion is a fabulous event to showcase all that independent traders have to offer the city and beyond."
