Midsomer Norton charity shop Dorothy House Hospice Care looks set to move High Street premises to the former Paperwork Plus site outside Sainsbury's.

For weeks the shop, which has a prime High Street location, has been undergoing refurbishment. The works, which are still ongoing, have seen the shop closed off behind metal fencing.
But a new sign has gone up outside confirming rumours that the shop - which has stood empty since Paperwork Plus stationary shop moved into The Hollies last year - would become another charity shop in Midsomer Norton.
Dorothy House already has a charity shop in Midsomer Norton, near to Dominos Pizza.
Which begs the question of who is winning in the race between charity shops and takeaways in town? Looks like the charity shops may just have the edge for now...
