Midsomer Norton hardware shop Casswells is hoping to stop rumours that it is closing.

Several signs have been put up in the High Street shop's window saying any rumour about the shop shutting is UNTRUE.
Glad to hear they'll be staying.
And does anyone know what's happening the the Thai takeaway? Also the Cookware shop has been given a lick of paint, so is a business due to move in there? If you know, let us know.

NOOOOO, we're gonna be the fattest town in Somerset if they approve three more takeaways! Please tell me one is for a healthy food shop?

ReportAsk the Chamber of Commerce. They must know. There are 3 more planning applications in to change High St shops to restaurants/take aways.
