Disabled and elderly people on low incomes can get help with transport to their medical appointments
The new initiative was launched by SWAN Advice Networks which started the project on June 6 after receiving £9,982 from the BIG Lottery.
SWAN'S volunteer transport co-ordinator Sarah Oughton said: "Many people in Bath and Norton East Somerset find getting to Bath's Royal United Hospital stressful if they are unable to use the public transport facilities on offer."
