Midsomer Norton Town Council is canvassing community concerns about issues relating to anti-social behaviour. The Council has produced and distributed questionnaires to businesses and residents throughout the town to establish whether any issues are causing concern to local people. Motorists and pedestrians are being warned to be careful after more than 30 man-hole covers were stolen in towns and villages near Midsomer Norton.
The thefts occurred in Frome, Mells and Nunny and it is believed they will be sold for their scrap metal value.
Members of the public are to be cautious and report any suspicious activity.
An appeal has gone up in Midsomer Norton after a pair of guinea pigs and their hutch were stolen.
Grace and Max Watts are appealing for the return of their two pets which were taken from their home in Foxcote on April 20.
The missing guinea pigs are Bubble and Sqeak and even though these aren't the actual pictures of the pair, they are similar.
