First-time buyers can reserve a new home in Midsomer Norton

First-time buyers in Midsomer Norton maybe able to get on the housing ladder as 27 affordable homes are being built at Bryant Avenue, Westfield. 

The homes are being provided through Somer Community Housing Trust and the one to four-bedroom homes are expected to be available Spring 2012.

Seven houses will be offered as share ownership, giving first-time buyers the chance to get on the housing ladder and the reaming properties will be available to people on the local authority’s housing list.
