The Fromeway pub Midsomer Norton, Radstock
More Radstock than Midsomer Norton, but well worth a visit. The Fromeway has recently been refurbished and is now a very smart pub specialising in great food. We went there for a Sunday roast a few weeks ago (Mothers Day, I think) and had a lovely time. We shared a bottle of wine, decent quality but not too expensive. The landlord is a really nice chap, and there are a few funny pis of him as a younger man on walls, which we couldn't help but laugh at. The food here is excellent, and it's a really comfy pub - almost like a bistro. Definitely one of the best local pubs in the Midsomer Norton area. Wish more pubs could follow their lead.
