We had some visitors from Leeds staying weekend 28th Jan so decided on a take away. Ordered our food on the phone then collected ourselves. The take away was extremely busy on Sat night, so much so they stopped taking orders while we waited for our food. The customers waiting longer for deliveries were offered free side dishes or prawn crackers. When we got our chinese home the food was excellent. Hot, plenty of it and reasonably priced. Only one complaint-the sechewan is not for the faint hearted but thats personal taste. Excellent food and worth the wait if busy.

I think why the poster said the customer service from the phone call is terrible is probably he or she didn't get the discount they asked for. How would they know there is a food hygiene issue without having theri food at all?

I have used them for delivery and they turned up as promised - Food was great!! Also been in there a couple of times and again had no problems with the food and SAW NO ISSUES OF BAD HYGENE so i cannot see how the last poster can say that if they didnt actually visit. I will say they are very busy and I think they could do with someone who speaks better English on the phone as the girl taking the orders was getting some things wrong - But overall one of the best Chinese Takeaways in Norton and will be going back!

Ordered 8.10pm saturday night. 45min wait for delivery. No problem. 9.15 phoned to enquire on progress. He is on the way, he left 15mins ago. 9.20pm, food arrived. After payment, the food was discovered to be cold. Full refund given once the poor driver returned. But we could have the food for a 20% discount. There is a food hygiene issue to start with. So I have no idea if the food isany good, but the customer service from the phone call is terrible.
