Ian came round as I had maggots falling through my lightfittings and was at my wits end! I am incredibly clean and houseproud and couldn't understand what was going on. We discovered that I had 4 dead rats in my extension roof that flies had eggs on! He dealt with the problem immediately and went utterly out of his way to make sure that it wouldnt ever happen again, coming back 5 times (unpaid) to ensure that it was sorted. Will always recommend him to anyone that has a pest problem!
